Needed a haircut in Zihuatanejo so I googled the best barbers in the area. Gentlemen’s Barber was the first that popped up. I read the reviews and was impressed with what I read.
I booked an appointment and I must say, when I drove up to the shop it was very nice from the outside and the inside was even nicer. Very clean and professional looking and was met at the door by The owner Walter.
Walter was friendly and welcoming.
He gave me a haircut and I was very happy with the result. He took his time to make sure everything was just right.
I will most certainly go back again and I recommend him to anyone looking for a haircut, you won’t be dissatisfied.
Probably the best barbershop in town. Not just in and out, he spends time on you, including a comforting vibration massage on your back and neck.
My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage that was outstanding! Really clean shop with professional staff. We Will be going back before heading home! Thank you to Walter and his massage staff for making the experience so great during these uncertain times !
Got a great haircut here! $200 pesos for the cut, wash, and a drink. Not sure what the going rate is in Zihuatanejo but definitely a great price compared to the States. The barber does a great job and really takes his time to make sure you get exactly the haircut you are hoping for.
Searched around and Gentlemen’s Barber had lots of good reviews – so I booked an appointment via WhatsApp. Received a fantastic haircut, in a cool space – highly recommended!
These guys were awesome! I was running late for an airport redevous and the got me I. For a shave just in time nice place, super clean, ac was strong! Best shave Ive had in a while. Highly recommended.

Best barber I have ever been to anywhere! That is saying a lot as I am 66 years old! Walter pays great attention to details. I definitely recommend this shop to anybody looking for a great haircut!

Amazing work. Such a pleasant experience. I had a shave, beard trim and fade done. Amazing attention to detail, I will be returning in the near future. Gentlemens barber is a must if your looking for a relaxing shave or haircut in Zi. Highly recommended!!!!!!
Barber hooked it up , nice fade and added his own unique style. He also trimmed ears, brows and nose. Very classy atmosphere make sure you call for appointment. He is always booked.

Perfect haircut and the Deluxe Package is very comprehensive. For the price of 300 pesos you get a haircut, massage, hair wash & nose/ear/eyebrow hair trim. Walter has great attention to detail, speaks English and is a super friendly guy. They also sell a range of hair and beard products. The shop itself is stylish, clean and very well laid out. Best experience ever….I started with a pedicure .the owner has services like that and massage besides hair and beard the foot attention was great…after that on to the barber chair. He knew exactly what I needed and wanted I have a big beard and have a very hard time finding someone to do a good job. This was great…everything was haircut…beard style…shampoo …straight razer shave and clean up…ear hair nose hair and eyebrows ….all top notch…VERY reasonable…I’ll be back over and over..great job

Walter is amazing! He has a beautiful shop, and it was a super professional experience. You can’t beat the price, and I will be going back later this week before I leave. Highly recommend checking out his shop, they also have massages, facials and mani/pedi if you want to bring the lady!!
Went in with my parents, brother, and sister in law. The barber is a professional, speaks perfect English, and treated us like gentlemen. The guys got great haircuts and the women got amazing massages/facials. Really excellent spot, I let my hair grow out just to get it cut here on vacation.
